acceptable locationwarm roomno follow-up
the location was acceptable, putting me close to the main attractions.
I encountered several issues i did not like. firstly, the room was too warm. The windows did not open, and the thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own. i spoke with staff members over two nights, but the problem persisted, and there was no follow-up.. the manager claimed the thermostat was on a timer, which no one else seemed to know.

The location was very central. That part worked out fine.
The room was not what i expected. It felt smaller than the pictures indicated. housekeeping seemed rushed. I noticed dust on surfaces. also, the breakfast plates were strangely small, almost like side plates. It was a little odd.
